**HighChain – Motion-Based Exciter (Free VST)**

Hi everyone,

I've been experimenting with a different approach to enhancement and ended up creating a plugin called **HighChain**.

Rather than using a conventional high-shelf EQ or traditional harmonic exciter topology, HighChain is based on waveform motion processing. The goal is to increase presence, detail, and perceived clarity while retaining the character of the original signal.

* Motion-based enhancement
* Simple interface
* Spark control
* VST format

I've tested it on vocals, acoustic instruments, drums, bass, and full mixes. On many sources it behaves differently from a normal EQ boost, adding presence and texture rather than simply increasing treble level.

I'd love to hear what people think and how it works on different material.

Feedback, measurements, and listening impressions are very welcome.

Thanx for this cool plugin.
Sound is really nice, I like the intelligent in it.
Problem: It messes with the stereo image.
Even 2 instances as dual mono didn't solve that problem here.

Thanks for the report. The stereo image issue has been identified and fixed.

The enhancement layer is now processed independently per channel rather than from a shared stereo signal.

New build uploaded. I'd be interested to hear if anyone can still reproduce the problem.
