Hi everyone,I just released C11 Compressor, a new dynamics plugin from Parish Audio.
With C11, I wanted to build a tube compressor that could handle normal leveling and dynamics control, but also offer more character when you want the compressor to become part of the tone. It can stay cleaner for subtle control, or add tube-style density, transformer color, and soft clipping for more weight and attitude.
The main controls are input, threshold, ratio, attack, release, mix, and output. It also includes four tube character modes — Clean, Warm, Rich, and Hot — plus Tube Drive for adding more harmonic density.
The circuit section includes sidechain high-pass filtering, Stereo Link, Auto Gain, Auto Release, Transformer, and Soft Clip. The Mix control makes it easy to do parallel-style compression without setting up an extra bus.
C11 is designed for vocals, drums, bass, guitars, and mix bus processing.
