If there is something that can't be mapped 1:1 because of different parameters there is surely still at least something close to it (e.g. the delay has less parameters now).
IMO selling a huge palette of preset packs and letting the customer throw them away after the upgrade leaves quite a bad taste and is not in line with todays sustainability expectations.

Hi and thanks for the post and feedback, a few points!

* We never created or sold any preset packs. That was Plugin Boutique.
* CE1 is till fully compatible and works fine so not unreasonable for a 10+ year end of life on a soft synth.
* We did recreate quite a few CE1 to CE2 presets but my goodness they sound so different! Scripting * them was much worse.
* We have a few hundred more presets coming in an update very soon with some more goodies!
