there is a HziLooper_Manual.pdf, the installer places is in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HziTools. It contains most aspects and good hints for workflow, but was written more intuitive. Will be updated in future.tlvid wrote: Tue May 12, 2026 4:10 pm Is there a manual anywhere?
I can't work out how to simply play and pause the loopers (I will probably feel stupid once I find out).
2 ways of Stopping LoopPlay:
- with Sync disabled (upper right of gui):
You have to use the Stop Button in Channel. It works like a tapestop, you can also adjust the Stoptime to taste and use it as kind of an effect while performing
- sync enabled : Stop and Play follows your DAWs transport.
Also Try File Menu - Midi Options.
-You can choose to control all Loops with Keyboards Pitch
- or control Loops start independent wit your Keyboards white keys
Have fun:)

Hi,
could you add a manual to your website or a button on the plug-in to open it, I was lost finding it without this thread.
more important to me would be the possibility to manually define synced start and end times at the recorded loop and to be able to alter the relative play position in sync, e.g grab a 1 bar loop, select a half of it and than shift the play position for example in 16th or quarter notes, as one intends to do.
Now it is a little too much hit and miss because of the intended realtime situation?, but a more relaxed and controlled classic loop length feature set, without the need to trigger it in realtime, would be my personal wish for this plug-in.

Thanks also for your suggestions, this makes deeply sense.
You have a Scattering (division of loop play) thou, but without further control for shifting.
I will add this to wishlist

I noticed that as well. I've also had several crashes since I updated to 1.1tlvid wrote: Thu May 21, 2026 12:50 pm Is the playhead 90 degrees off for anyone else? It's at 9 o'clock position when the waveform shows that it starts at 12 o'clock. Same for when I click and drag the playhead.

hey, playhead starts at 09 o clock, was since the beginning. Anyway it may makes mire sense to adjust this starting at 12, lets see. And yes dragging is a bit off atm. Will have a closer look if i can make it more convenient to usetlvid wrote: Thu May 21, 2026 12:50 pm Is the playhead 90 degrees off for anyone else? Sorry to hear that, would he helpful if you can write me your specs and situations while facing those crashes.cake builder wrote: Thu May 21, 2026 4:12 pmI noticed that as well. Future Update i will remove the draggable window option completely, which makes more sense since ui elements would just overlap on some points and could cause problems on some rendering specs. UI scaling is still possible for sure, in general it should be more consistent i hope.

dear people,
v 1.2 incoming. There are many new cool things to discover, Loop Areas and XY Snapshot Moprhing are the biggest things - have a look:
Also fixes most annoying stuff (for me at least
). Will be downloadable next days.
As already wrote, i also compiled MacOS and Linux. It took me more time than i thought - thanks for your patience (will reach out to the ones that wrote me directly for testing MacOS, no worries.

I'd forgotten about this one but I'm glad to see you still expanding on it, lots of nice new features (just bought it)
