UVI has released Rumble, a new multiband bass Synthesizer that lets you build bass sounds on a per-band basis with three independent frequency-based engines.

Their second standalone synth after Falcon

Ladies and gentlemen.
And now for the main event.
Let's get ready to ....

Interesting to see a new instrument outside of Workstation.
Bottom of Rumble page it states 'Enjoy a 3-day free trial. UVI Portal and UVI account required.'. Although, I can't get that link to work.

love this idea, cant listen now but looks reallly nice

Quite buggy.
°Had some major peak outputs just by turning some knobs. +96dB....
°UI is very sluggish (eq; the one on the bands) runs at ~10 to ~20 fps (when editing).
°lfo's (and mseg's) always restart. No way to 'set them free'. Legato isn't enough
°digital delay and spin are always ducking. No way to turn that off
°ui is resizable, nice. But for some reason they only include 75, 100, 125 and then 200 🫩 where are 150 and 175. One can also resize freely luckily, but still weird to me.
°no phase control over the OSC's

Now for 99 intro, but the full price will be 199? I mean...that is very, very steep

Press got yesterday the first build to check out. I also saw some bugs, so I think there will be updates coming in the next few days and weeks.

UVI is always doing sales, so I think the price will often be at 99€, depending on their deals

Well, it got released today with some breaking stuff. I expected more from UVI tbh. The issues with output levels when using it as intended should've been fixed before release. The very sluggish UI is another one.

Well, the retail price is 199. Which is insane. I don't care about sales prices..and even 99 is pushing it, when they release it in this state.

Not bashing UVI, i love most of their plugins. But this actually is quite a bad release

This looks really nice and sounds even better in the videos I've watched. They are calling it a bass synth but it seems capable of doing some wicked leads. Definitely worth a look, even if all the issues mentioned above are there, none of them would stop anyone from making and using patches for it.

Some of the nicest leads and higher arps are bass sounds played octaves higher, I've noticed.

It would be cool if they added some of the features into Falcon.
