Fun. Try the Elektron and Mackie files, too.

The NAM loader is added to the masterbus. Besides that, there was a major bug causing clocking issues in Logic & Cubase, this is fixed now. version 4.0.4 up

Is there a way for us to subscribe to receive updates? Also, the NAM profiles I loaded all sound crackly. Audio file attached.

Update: found it and fixed it.
The crackle happened on Windows when a NAM profile was loaded in a session running at anything other than 48 kHz. NAM models run natively at 48k, so BeatForge resamples around the model when your session is at 44.1/88.2/96k — and my resampler had a per-block rounding bug: every audio buffer it asked the interpolator for one sample too many, which got padded with zeros. Result: a tiny discontinuity at block boundaries, audible as crackle on loud material. For some reason it wasn't noticeable on Mac and crackled on Windows.
Rewrote the resampling as a proper streaming converter (no rounding, no padding, sample counts always balance).
Big thanks to the Uncle E who sent me the recording
For updates: the standalone shows a popup when a new version is out, and the KVR product page tracks releases too.
