Anyone else run into this issue?
Every time I get some $$ there are no sales

I know I could charge something when it IS on sale, but it's so weird how I never have the cash on hand to get a decent sale...when there are "great" sales going on that I care about. Or at least, almost never anyway.

Yeah I know...its just I want to get whatever, and it's tough to wait.
