Email delivered to me on this new update yesterday.

You guys should check your WA accounts and make sure you are actually signed up for comms from them.

there is literally no such option to opt in or out of in your Account page.
Bottom right of the website main page to register for emails.
Well that is just signing up for their newsletter/marketing. One would think they would send an email about updates to paying customers, not just people who signed up for their marketing. But here we are.

I think to these guys (VERY tiny shop) - with the content of the email I got two days ago - this is their standard "newsletter". Links to "See what's new videos" etc - is all marketing to me.

To assume they are big enough (or organized) in such a way that they would actuall have specific "update" emails - is assuming a bit too much.

These guys rarely send out anything - ever - so I am happy to get something TBH.

There are many, many tiny plugin companies. HY-Plugins is literally a 1-man shop. Mario Nieto World, also a one-man shop. Imaginando is a 2-man operation. TBProAudio the same. Valhalla DSP is a tiny shop. Super tiny. And yet...

I'll never understand this "take what you get and be grateful" mentality. These are companies, and I am a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars.

Well - doesn't really matter how much you have spent. You get what you get.

Let's not get all crazy now and think we are special because we are customers.

On macOS 15.7.2 with the new version 1.2, I can’t import samples the way shown in the video. I still get the “old” interface. I tried removing everything and reinstalling, but it’s still the same. The settings show the new version though. Is anyone else having this issue, or is it just me?

I haven't heard anyone else with that problem. I'd clear every related installed file you can, including and plist files etc. I'd recommend using something like Audio Plugin Installer by Wide Blue Sound, as this usually gets all related files beyond those you can normally see have been installed. Here's a screenshot of what it picked - it says there's 7 packages/files in total. Good luck.

It sounds great. Cleaner and punchier than the stock library and previous expansions.

They haven't made it available to us yet.

Is there any way to retain the drum part classification when dragging in samples? For example.. if I drag a Kick to the Kick channel, it changes the classification to "Custom". It gets tedious having to set it back for each channel.

Edit: Nevermind. Drag to the layer instead of the mixer channel.
