Hey everyone,After a lot of work I'm very happy to finally share this:
KeyCommander, a standalone command palette (similar to the Dorico Jump Bar or macOS Spotlight) for Cubase and Nuendo, available now for both Windows and MacOS users.
You press a hotkey, search for any command or macro and press enter to trigger it.
It includes a macro recorder, which allows you to record macros on the fly. Instantly available within the palette's search results or exportable to add it to Cubase/Nuendo.
And for Cubase/Nuendo 15 users there is a plugin insert feature which lets you search your fx plugins and insert them on the selected track:
Current features
- Instant fuzzy search across all your Cubase/Nuendo key commands, macro's and (project) logical editor presets
- Global hotkey to show/hide the palette from anywhere (only triggers if Cubase/Nuendo is the active window)
- Category filtering (/c Transport, /c MIDI, etc.)
- Repeat mode: execute a command N times in sequence
- Macro recorder: record sequences of commands and trigger them as one
- Plugin insert: Search your fx plugins and insert them on the selected track
- Quick Search hotkeys: assign a hotkey to launch the palette with prefilled text or slash commands
