The keys that come in at 2 minutes develop an interesting rhythmic relationship to the rest of sounds. I'm imagining an alternative version with layers of tight staccato articulations increasing the rhythmic complexity. I think I prefer the fluidity and slow movement in your actual version. Overall, an enjoyable listen.
I've got Satin on the master bus here, but I tend to use very gentle settings. I might try tweaking this on my next track.

The rhythmic piano (Absynth) was added as a (hopefully) pleasant disrupter/contrast.

Thanks very much for taking the time to listen and comment, G_J. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Best,

Thanks very much for having a second listen, Adi. I like the SciFi imagery. Maybe 2001, Moon or possibly Event Horizon :o

Glad you liked it :)

You're welcome, Tim, a pleasure. However, Event Horizon might be a bit too dark!

Best,
Adi

San Jacinto was, and remains my favourite PG song. I was fortunate enough to see him and the band perform it live on the 1983 tour. I'm pleased that my piece reminds you of SJ, although I think your comparison is somewhat over-enthusiastic :D

Thanks very much for taking the time to listen and comment, ecamburn. Glad you liked it :)
