Is there one that actually gives 100% accurate information re your battery? Without necessarily trying to sell you something, for eg: a new battery or other service!
I've tried several and they each come up with a different reading, ranging from 70% poor, to 91% ok!

No. Apple does not provide battery health info on iPad, so every app claiming to provide this info is trying to hack their way toward a number.
