I replied on the support ticket, but for public reference, the failing system is on Mojave 10.14.6 and the current minimum requirement for our plugins is 11 (Big Sur) to support Universal 2 binaries with Apple Silicon. Sorry.

.. no joke, I would pay for something like that. It's not at all easy to find or create "good sounding" noise. It's a huge part of quite a few genres and would be a godsend for creating sample sets for various lo-fi genres.

Just FYI I did NOT try to put wow and flutter in the emulation - it's not really meant to be an "effect" or a broken/out of spec tape deck, so lofi isn't really intended to be in its wheelhouse. If more or less hiss would get it over the finish line for you, though...that's a possibility.

I'd really like wow & flutter, along with a hiss level control. That kind of flexibility in a tapesim is important to me (sometimes I want old & lofi, sometimes I want "modern polish" or whatever).

I'm not sure that I'll ever add wow and flutter, but of course the feedback is very welcome regardless. I did add a hiss level control, though...I just need to push the update to the website after the beta testers do their testing. Shouldn't be long.
