I guess I'm going to get the plugin. I've been putting it off figuring I'd get the hardware version first and get the discount. I may still get the hardware, but it won't be anytime soon. I also want another guitar, so guitar vs synth...

However, what i find quite strange, is that a lot of knobs can't be modulated by lfo's, s/h, etc. Especially the fx parameters. Sure..those are monophonic and most normal mods are polyphonic, but that shouldn't be an issue, honestly (Pigments and a whole lot of other synths do this quite well).
Maybe i am not in depth enough (yet) but is there a way to do that? Or is that only possible with external mods? (Via cc or what have you)
