Fender Studio Pro 8 Released

I don't think there ever was a Windows mobile version of the Studio One Pro Remote. It's always been just iOS and Android. If you have a Windows touch screen device, then you don't need a touch screen remote. Just run Studio Pro on the Windows touch screen. Unless you're saying its not powerful enough. In that case, get a MacBook Ultra when they come out in a few months.

I can see advantages in using the simplified interface of the Remote app on stage, on the same machine you're running Studio Pro. There'd also be a case for using it on a Windows laptop or 2-in-1 to control a desktop PC.

I think Fender is going to do progressive things here...the web site looks great.

Linux support, wow, super (DUPER) impressed! And really, some pretty good guitar stuff, looks like. Solid.

Reviews have said that the fairly new, modern ToneMaster hardware pedal is quite good, I would like to get one. Some of that DSP is prolly in the DAW, or is gonna be!!!

Well, I hope so!! Will it compete with the Helix? Well, that is the question!

Fender Studio Pro includes the Mustang Native plugin. Is it better than Helix? You tell me. Here's a video comparison of the Fender Twin model to a real Fender Twin.



To me, it's pretty obvious which is the real amp and which is the plugin. It's not bad, but I don't think it can compete with TONEX or UAD Paradise Guitar Studio.
