I have a question: is it possible to stably use Creative X-Fi Titanium and 1212m PCIe cards simultaneously in the same system Windows 10 1809 LTSC?

I don't know. I haven't seen anyone in this thread try to use a Creative Labs card with an E-Mu card—especially when the E-Mu card needs files from the Creative Labs X-Fi card to work.

Also, the E-Mu card's files install to the "Creative Professional" folder on your computer. I doubt the X-Fi Titanium uses that same folder, but if it does, that could be another source of problems.

I take it you want to use the E-Mu 1212m for audio recording and the X-Fi for gaming, and that they're attached to different sets of speakers, or something like that, right?
