STRANG 2.1 Update — convolution synth with a living body [MIDI learn, 2nd LFO etc]

Found a sneaky bug and pushed a 2.1.1 patch.

The new INTO IR input control was accidentally gaining too high by default on some older presets, so they ran hotter than intended into the convolver. 2.1.1 fixes that.
