I just did some comparison with several somewhat similar bass generator plugins that track pitch and create frequencies one octave lower (MBassador, Submarine, bx_subsynth, TB_Enhancer). With Bassmaker on highest quality (the default in Settings), I preferred it to the others. It had a more synced onset and envelope, and a wider and easier to define custom pitch tracking range. It comes at the cost of relatively high latency and cpu. Definitely worth demoing in my opinion. $49 during intro sale.

i still didnt demo it well, but that sounds promising! I really love Bass Focus from Devious MAchine, I think this is my preferred one so it will be interesting to test it with Bassmaker.
