This PM synth is ridiculously overpriced and underpowered.

Boys , this is only our advice.
Your synth is too expensive.
I have listened your audio demo, in my opinion the price you re asking is far from what we can expect .

you're wasting your breath. Their heads are so far up their asses that they'll never realize what a joke this synth is at this price. This is a $99 synth at best.solvni_music wrote: Thu Jul 02, 2026 8:37 pm Boys , this is only our advice.

I demo'd some Pulsar Modular FX recently - Abyss comp, Medusa EQ, Sweet Spot EQ. Very nice plugins, but crazy, crazy pricing. I did buy the Medusa on this recent holiday sale because I liked it as a high frequency enhancer in mastering. I also learned from the lengthy PM threads on GS that despite the pricing and sometimes abrasive interactions with detractors, the developer is highly skilled and dedicated to the craft.
Not going to try Zorba because I'm more into modern synth UI's, but if you follow the P11 Abyss thread on GS, you'll see that product changed a lot from release day to where it is now. So I'm sure Zorba will eventually end up being a very nice (though maybe not so innovative) product once all the issues are hammered out.
That said, PM prices their offerings at the extreme tippy top of the plugin market. This is just how they roll. And they likely won't change just because there are already thousands of great, affordable VA synths in the wild.
