I love it. I use it. No different than the USELESS Plugin Alliance updater I have on my system, which hasn't updated anything but itself in a year.

Then you didn't read a word I wrote.

How? Are you out of pocket?
By placing their storefront on your system. Read what I wrote about Hookware. You don't have to be "out of pocket" to be annoyed by bloat for a "free" plugin that's designed to get their hooks into your system.

Anyway I'm not going argue the point any longer. You either get it or you don't. As I also wrote earlier:

nevermind...

Other developers that have a "hub":

Antelope
Arturia
Cakewalk
IK Multimedia
InMusic
iZotope
Native Instruments
Plugin Alliance
TDR
UJAM
Universal Audio
Waves

I'm sure there's more but that's just what came to mind. I think it's just easier now days to install a "hub". I recently updated TDR plugins and I guess I could have downloaded all the "no-install" or "install" versions separately, but I just decided to download the "hub" and install from there.

On the other hand, if you want to save the install file on your system then it's in some cases better to download that if possible.

Just wanting to add that this comment is hilarious to me and just peak KVR. In this universe, wanting to use a free plugin is "desperate", and being relatively unconcerned about a download hub is "allowing anything".

Peak KVR was lusting after Soothe for years, finally getting multiple excellent free versions, and then never using them (who me?).

It has no colorisation like old Soothe from memory, much more transparent like a simpler Tbaudio's Dseq3 which I like and use.
The beta feature of the hub is good feature.

I also like how much they have been pushing the updates. Shows they are actively working on things. I wish this endeavor nothing but success.
