Rapid Composer 5 AI generator hints & tips thread

I'd like to experiment with this stuff....what is the current status of these various free models? which free model seems to work the best with RC6? I probably don't need to generate phrases per say...can always try it, but mainly I'd love to be able to chat about music theory and apply it to what I'm working on quickly.
