There are free and open source projects out there that have no problems in providing signed binaries. You have no excuse for this.
In other words, not your concern.

Thanks for making a Linux version! Unfortunately though I can't run it: it's built on glibc version 2.38, which means it won't work on Ubuntu 22.04 (glibc version 2.35). And Ubuntu 22.04 is still within its long term support window for another 10 months: I'm sure I'm far from the only person still using it. (For what it's worth, U-he are still building against glibc 2.28.)Morphoice wrote: Sat Jun 06, 2026 12:45 am Did a complete rewrite of the linux versions, if anyone could confirm it works.thanks.
I'm about to go on vacation and enjoy a few weeks of non-screen time. If you're able to build it against an older glibc, I'll try it out next month. Otherwise next year when I get around to upgrading everything.
And by the way, the website promises some presets at https://www.morphoice.com/downloads/uns ... resets.zip but I'm getting a "404 not found" on that URL today.

Not missing. Use the KEY slider in the response section to track filter along the keyboard.yul wrote: Sat Jun 06, 2026 2:27 pm In addition to my previous comments.. I may keep an eye on it but..
I believe that keyboard tracking of filter and loudmess may be missing?

the presets now come with the installer and do not require a separate download. I have therefor removed that section. All builds are now glibc 2.30. Enjoy your vacation.ahanysz wrote: Sun Jun 07, 2026 12:28 pmThanks for making a Linux version! I saw the synth today on the KVR product page:
https://www.kvraudio.com/product/unstab ... -morphoice
It says “Free” there. But when I click the link, I can't find a free version. Can someone give me the link to the free version, or is this a mistake on KVR's part?

Free trial is not free, the label "free" is misleading here.Morphoice wrote: Sun Jul 05, 2026 6:08 pmYou can download the free trial on https://www.morphoice.com/unstableMatt67 wrote: Sun Jul 05, 2026 9:31 am I saw the synth today on the KVR product page:

Yeah..this shouldn't be labelled "free" on the KVR site. + kinda misleading indeed to place a "Download free" button on the company's site when it is actually a trial version...

Thanks and thanks! On five minutes of messing about: it loads for me with Ubuntu 22.04 + Reaper and makes some nice sounds. The GUI is bigger than it needs to be, and I can't see a way to resize it (right-click in the background does nothing; right-click on a dial offers a MIDI learn option). I'm not sure if this is a Linux problem or a Reaper problem: it looks like other people in this thread have been able to resize.
