Synth Anthology 5 upgrade from Synth Anthology 4

I installed Synth Anthology 5 but still have Synth Anthology 4 on my computer. How do I uninstall Synth Anthology 4? Do I need to deactivate it first on iLok? Where is the uninstall for it?

You can keep both if you want, but if you don't want it to show up in UVI Workstation or Falcon just move the SA 4 ".ufs" file out of directory path you have configured for your UVI libraries.

No point in keeping SA4, since according to the UVI website SA5 replaces it. I found a solution on YouTube to simply trash SA4 in the UVI Portal. But thanks for replying.

Unless you have older projects with older versions. Then it is a smart idea to keep the older versions installed. SA5 does not replace the older installations, as in, SA4 and older don't get overwritten by a newer version

Just beware when purchasing from this company. I use NordVPN in Canada on a Canadian server. UVI's website shows products with USD pricing. I bought this product for $49 USD but the receipt from them shows I was charged $49 EUR - a $10 Canadian increase. $49 USD today is $69.67 CAN, but $49 EUR is $79.55 CAN. I've contacted them about the issue. Their response was to cancel my license and refund the money without my permission.
