Noodling in Wavesim I noticed that the sub osc is a bit quieter compared to the main osc.
But this is not the case in the Waldorf 3.V plugin.
The difference can be seen clearly when recording a detuned square wave:
So, are the osc and sub osc of equal loudness in the hardware?
I found following info on the net:
"The two oscillators are added by time multiplexing. The second oscillator is slightly lower then the volume of the first. This is due the different number of time slots in the multiplexing. "

Neither really but its all very close also with the osc mix.
Wavesim osc is just a bit crunchier overall but I usually prefer the Waldorf and Behringer.
Both VST filters are not as cutting compared to my Behringer Wave.
