Thought I'd post my Host/Plugin release here if anyone's interested. Still a work-in-progress, when I can afford it, but I made it for personal use. I tried to make them work similarly, but the standalone will likely be rewritten as a simpler host, more like MiniHost/NanoHost/SaviHost type thing. Then I can concentrate on the plugin version to do everything and it can just be loaded into any host. Though I started this with the intent of creating a single host to replace the previously three mentions above, it turned out to be much more.
I added, and hopefully improved, Stefan Mattings PointerCC app directly into PHI, it works quite well, there likely are bugs and things, but it works ok as far as I have tested. I only post here to share, in case it is of some use to anyone. The app and source are available on my github page.

If anyone is interested, please test in any DAW as I can only test in MuLab and Reaper. I don't have a Reaper license, I don't use Reaper either, only MuLab, so if there are issues with other DAW's your testing would help make it more compatible hopefully. Thanks for trying it out and testing. Any feedback welcome.
