Hello everyone,
I'm a student & DSP developer. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on a reverb concept that I felt was missing from the market, and I’m excited to share the Open Beta with you today.
Unlike traditional reverbs with static room models, this plugin allows you to freely warp and bend the room geometry. It also features tempo-synced pendulum and rotational movements—applied strictly to the WET signal, leaving your dry panning completely untouched.
The biggest mathematical challenge was eliminating the pitch-shifting artifacts (Doppler effect) that normally occur when a room rotates dynamically. I’ve solved this, so you get smooth, continuous spatial modulation without detuning.
Key Features:
- Asymmetric/Free room geometry warping
- Tempo-synced pendulum & rotation modes (Wet modulation only)
- Zero pitch-shifting artifacts during dynamic movement
- Available format: Currently Windows VST3 only
The plugin is currently in Open Beta and completely free to test.
You can try the interactive audio preview and download it on the website:
https://oblikaudio.com
Or join our Discord to grab the file instantly and share your feedback:

Would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and bug reports.

Now this is really cool!
Tried the browser version on your website but was unable to get any sound (Firefox on mobile Android). I reloaded the page a few times, still nothing.
I want to try the beta version but I fear I might become attached to it during the beta phase and then won't be able to afford it once it's officially released.
Any ballpark on the price? Will there be intro pricing? Thanks.

I hadn't tried it in another browser before. I'll check that out.
I'm not planning on a high price. It will be around $50–$60, but most likely $50 (at least initially). I'm considering a discount of around 50% for the first few weeks.
I'm glad you liked it.

I’ve fixed the problem and checked it in other browsers., but I want to clarify one thing: the browser version you mentioned only allows for limited modifications within a standard loop. For a true experience, it would be more beneficial to download and try the plugin itself. I’m curious to hear your first impressions after using the plugin. You can reach me again here, via the Discord server, or through the website.

I’ve been spending today focusing on the visual and tactile evolution of OBLIK.
While the current Open Beta runs with the simplified interface, I wanted to give you a sneak peek of the upcoming v1.0 Full Release UI that I’m actively cooking up behind the scenes.
Here is the comparison between the current beta and the new design direction:
Current Beta UI:

Upcoming v1.0 Full Release UI:

(This is not a deceptive image generated by AI. It is an actual step in the plugin's development process. The reason all the details in the two images are identical is that I wanted to show the difference exactly as it is.)
The active Open Beta is still free to download on the website for those who want to test the DSP engine, but this is the visual home OBLIK will live in for the official launch.
I don't guarantee that this new design will be in the full version, but here is the version I am currently working on and I do not intend to completely overhaul the entire design at this moment.
Would love to hear your first impressions on this design update. If you have any other excellent ideas, I would be very happy to hear them.

Nice! That looks great!
I really like both designs! They're different enough that I wonder if you'd entertain the idea of offering the option to switch to either skin? I could see myself choosing one or the other depending on my mood and level of eye strain at the time.
The new skin is flashy and "cool" while the original is more subdued and classier of the two.
The original may be preferred after hours of staring at a screen during a late night studio session; the new one when in a laid back jam session just turning the knobs to see what interesting soundscapes can be coaxed from Oblik.
Just my 2 cents.
Great work, OA!

I’m not planning to create multiple skins just yet; my primary goal is to establish a single, core design. I’ll reconsider your suggestion as I get closer to the full version. Based on your feedback, my priority will be to re-evaluate the UI in different usage scenarios.
If you’ve downloaded and tried the plugin, could you share your first impressions? I’m really curious about it.
