Hi,

I had some fun putting together a virtual museum of synthesizers.

It will, of course, be updated regularly.

Beautiful graphics.

I don't agree with some of your descriptions of synthesis methods--particularly the Ensoniq product line--but this is a gorgeous resource. Really amazing.

I like your filters, as I can build virtual "wings" to this museum.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Thank you for your feedback! I'd like to know more about what you saw regarding Ensoniq. I may have made a mistake. I run this site on my own. Thanks again.

Nice! Thanks!

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Very good work. I like the SynthCade where you can play games about synths.

Totally appreciate your position, and fabulous work.

This will probably start an argument with other Ensoniq fans, but I'd argue the VFX, VFX-SD, and SD-1 used wavetable synthesis and transwave synthesis (an early form of granular synthesis). The SD-1 couldn't do additive at all.

The Fizmo was pretty much just ROM-based transwave synthesis.

Here's where some folks might disagree!

That's interesting... I didn't know any of that.
