Buzz words, newly invented buzz word, getting remembered what "the goal" is.
But even in your 3 minutes video you didn't even dared to give one simple example.
As in audio example to listen to what you are talking about.
You rather give me vague marketing phrases and think I am interested.
Nope, I am not.
Putting theoretical value on something I don't even know what it suppose to do and giving me prices ("oh, it MUST be valuable because they put a bold price tag on it").
So there you have it.
And you guys (or bots?) wonder why people don't talk about your tool.
Because you refuse to let the tool speak louder than your marketing.
Not impressed.
And no, I will not tell you for free how to do it right.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy the trial. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

I’m not mad or trashing you guys just saying you might get more feedback and participation if you incentivize users with something beyond, “download the demo”.

Well, after checking your two videos I came to the conclusion that I rather have you post a video that shows in a meaningful way what the problem is that you're trying to solve and to show that your tool indeed DOES fix that problem.
These two videos you posted failed to do that.
Cheers!

That's completely fair!
We'd encourage you to try the fully functional 28-day trial first and decide whether HRF is worth it for your workflow.
If you get a chance to share your feedback with us (here and/or at info@lumusictech.com, we'd be happy to offer you 20% off your purchase as a thank you.
And if you're a student, please email us from your university email address with proof of enrolment, we'd be happy to arrange a 50% educational discount.

Hahahaha, so they blew my requested feedback off >> then got hit with a slew of people pointing out the very same issues they (politely) shat on me over. I think this proves that I had very, very valid points in the first place and dared to open the door for others to share their lived experiences with you.
As for demeaning me for not even trying the product, that was my point, backed by others after, the material gave no clear reason past hipster buzzwords to even invest in trying the thing. You were clearly self-impressed but did not manage to impress me enough to even invest an hour to see what it really could do for me. This is the very point I was making, that others have been making.
I even cracked the door to being asked to make a video (explainer/review whatever) but nooooo,

Methinks goose got cooked here. Shame as if there was something interesting - even if not a me thing - damage has been done. A great object lesson - that I guarantee others will not learn from, as they blindly assume others are merely pawns to be poked about in their SIMS game.
