Pulsating lead in Fisher's "Losing It"

Hi, does anyone has suggestions regarding how to reproduce the pulsating effect that makes this track so cool?

So far I have only an half decent Serum patch but listening carefully there are moments where I think the filter was automated instead during the song, maybe all 16ths (with some swing) then opening more for the accents when needed.
