Yeah, I found it bizarre too, that there are no audio demos.

I tried the demo and it is nice but a bit expensive for what it offers. I have https://www.filterorgan.com/ which is not exactly the same as Tessera but close enough and with some advantages. And cheaper

You can try the demo. No noise bursts or drop outs. Why listen to someone else's sounds when you can try it yourself? Plus AD did something unusual (for them). There are 100 presets

Because, I don't want the hassle of installing something on my computer without hearing what it sounds like first.
