Hey.
I present you Obsidian Neural. An instrument designed to play live and mix samples on the fly.
I developed that by my hand.
I am not Ok with vibe coding with agent like codex and co.
As I presented the project at the Audio Engeenering Society, I needed to understand my code.
So, this instrument has a lot of different features all designed in order to play with it LIVE and to JAM with.
I am currently distributing the plugin for free during the beta. In exchange of feedbacks.

So, I am going to speak alone, as nobody's here to read and that I am alone in a concert which is not very cool (human music you know... Not such original stuff...).
So, what is OBSIDIAN Neural ?
For the x time, yes it uses an Audio AI model to generate, BUT the concept, why I developed that, that's because, I wanted to see if that was possible to play with these generation during Live and Jam session. In fact that's just curiosity. What if I ask an AI model to generate some sounds that I play in loop mode and that I play with this sounds, mix them, with my hardware and my other VSTs? And if add FX on each chanel output? Well, that I create a kind of dream sampler.
Well I am already tired to imagine that some people will try ton comment and criticize without having tested what I have built, without even having seen any video of me playing with it, without even understanding or asking questions. Well, just to read comments of guys who see the AI word and then become so... Well, I am not going to write any judgement, even if I am dreaming about writing kind of acid stuff about that kind of behaviors they have.
But yes, on the other hand, I can understand the hate they can feel about AI, the fear they are feeling when they think about AI + Climate Crisis, when they think about Suno's CEO speaking about musicians who would be supposed not to love making music, which is obviously some words of a guys who seem not to live on the same planet than us. I think he is the perfect example of ignorance and contempt.
And on the other hand, I would like you to give a chance my VST, that you realize that there are other way of using audio models than Udio or Suno propose. There are other ways of integrating these models, and to PLAY with. I developed with this word as intention: PLAY.
We are humans, we PLAY music, and contrary to Suno and other one click button song generator, which want the user to produce songs, what I want to offer you (beta version is free, but after users will have to pay, then offering is not the right word here) is a platform where you can PLAY with. My background is playing with Roland MC909, Korg EMX1, improvising with modes (Lydian, Phrygian, etc) with my acoustic guitar, improvising chants, etc, and that's with that philosophy that I developed this VST.
Today, when it's very easy to produce a song with AI, I choose to offer to the musician to use AI, but with the Live risk, the adrenaline of going on stage and to improvise a full Live, by generating and mixing small loops on the fly.
If some of you want to ask me questions about this VST, how to use this one as an instrument, I am here. For the others who wanna criticize, please, before submiting anything, take a deep breath, and ask yourself if what you would like to say bring something to the debate. If not, then, choose what you do next, if you submit or not. If you submit, I will only ask you Socratic questions.
If you want to download the VST while it's free, here is the URL (after 500 beta users the VST will not be free). Everything runs locally after models download.

Ooo shit you're right sorry. I didn't see the URL was broken. But the beta version is not subscription. It's a one download that's all. No subs, no internet required (except for first download). My post could be a little missleading I have to admit so I can understand your reaction. Especially as in general you are right....
I have looked on the page and realized that its not my thing in general (samples, I am more into generative midi as background for my workflow). Realized the beta testing but I wont sign in into any beta testing if I am not 100 % sure I will exactly do this: testing (I did some times....).
Sorry for confusing with the subscription and I really wish you the right people will look in here cause it looks like it could be really amazing
And if you do this some day with midi or just playable....I am in
