Who has the worst plugin manager/install experience?

When it can connect to the server, Pulse gives me the fastest download speed, around 10–30 MB/s. NI's downloader is slower at around 6–15 MB/s. IK's downloader is even slower, but still usable. Steinberg's downloader is very slow on my side — the best speed I can get is around 2–3 MB/s, but it rarely reaches that.

Softube installer has been flaky in the past, not properly installing stuff etc. Most recently, though, its been blue-screening my system every time I try to install a particular plugin.
