VRAC+ $25 for me, pretty easy purchase.

Maybe I'm just missing it, but the only selectable option now seems to be the VRAC+ for $39.
No way to select the free version any more.

edit: yeah, when you add the free one to the cart it actually adds the + version

If you add it to the cart and then go to checkout it should adjust the price. Also make sure you're logged in!

Honestly this looks really cool, even the free version. Looks like it’ll be good for IDM glitches. I’m not hearing any bad sounds, yet lots of drastic changes, UI looks intuitive. What’s not to like
