Still loving and getting a lot of use out of this EQ.... really wish we had an optional, button-enabled, popup curve visualizer please!!!

Are you just asking for a graphic readout? Not an interactive interface like pro-q?

Yeah, I don't think you need to go as far as Pro-Q with the control in the graphic. I was thinking more like TDR SlickEQ or Korneff Sitral - just a button-driven popup graph with the graphic of the EQ curve superimposed on the incoming signal's frequency graph.

I find this makes dialing in any EQ way faster. Visualizing the curve allows the user to reach a basic starting point quickly, especially in the extreme high and lows where hearing is limited. Once the baseline is set visually, the user can focus on their ears for the fine tuning, creating a much faster workflow overall.

im the opposite. this is an end of chain plugin for me. so, i go by ear only. i call these things active listening devices.

I like seeing what's happening especially after adjusting by ear. I find I'm more constrained when using something like Pro-Q and checking afterwards helps me unlearn the self-imposed constraints.

I don't want to put any pressure on the developer, because I'm already a customer as is, but just sharing I do like the option and I keep it purely as an option to open up, review, then close up again.

It's definitely a luxury option!

There was a regression in sound quality going from 1.1.3 to 1.1.6 due to the two cpu optimizations I made. What’s interesting is the theoretical differences between version live at around -177dB. This is fascinating because everything points to that difference being inaudible.

A few users on another forum began talking about the newest version sounding flat and lacking in depth compared to the previous version. I initially was a bit dismissive because I had done the testing, but doing listening tests revealed there is an audible difference. I’m having a hard time processing how this is possible, but it’s clear to me.

Anyway, I will likely be reverting the cpu optimizations this weekend in a new update because I don’t like the audible direction the plugin took. Here are the links to previous versions if you care about this:

Neither have a firmware version number in the title.
So If I want to Demo this,I should use this latest link?
Also, I assume the Trail/Demo last 14 days, no limits..or is there any sound interruption every so often?
