In addition, v1.0 did also get released so the price may have to do with that. It is on sale for $19 through the end of the month.
There have already been some updates. I downloaded the latest and will try it out after work.

Ok that's unfortunate. I like what this developer was doing, hope he doesn't let a few negative comments disturb his workflow. Besides the app remains free beta unless you support it and purchase it, like some of us we're loving the ability to purchase and support early, I don't see how that hurts anyone.audiojunkie wrote: Tue Jul 21, 2026 9:31 pmThe change was in response to the negativity and complaints about it being a "free beta".trusampler wrote: Tue Jul 21, 2026 7:17 pm No more $10 option for previous owners of synths ? Honestly I thought we had much more time to snag it for the entry price, what changed ?

There have been a few updates, if anyone is interested. I see there is now an Init patch. There are some new patches included. I also noticed the tones section is now empty.
Thanks for the update.

v1.0.12
- Envelope glitch fixed
- Chorus improvements
The chorus should now be as accurate as it gets, though I won't promise I don't improve it further down the line. It is a pain to measure and model, you tweak one bit, another falls apart
Next up is 1.0.14, which will bring some improvements to the preset tab plus a neon pink segment display showing patch names and slider values. Also on the list after that: aftertouch response and pitch bend value sliders. And I'm considering turning the SysEx features into a full librarian. The display will probably drop this weekend. Cheers everyone and thanks for your support!

Why does the webshop wants to charge $ 26,18 and not the $ 19 sales price that would last until the end of this month?

Probably some kind of VAT thing?Albert.VST wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2026 8:46 am Why does the webshop wants to charge $ 26,18 and not the $ 19 sales price that would last until the end of this month?

I asked about this a while back too when I went to buy EightySix and never got a response. And the amount changes slightly day to day. So I'm not quite sure. $19 Euros to USD conversion should be closer to $21.60, let's just say $22. Then maybe they're adding VAT on top of that? 18% VAT on $22 would bring it up around $26.Albert.VST wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2026 8:46 am Why does the webshop wants to charge $ 26,18 and not the $ 19 sales price that would last until the end of this month?

I set the price at 19 until the end of the month. Anything beyond that is Gumroad — currency conversion plus VAT for your region, which they calculate and collect at checkout. I don't see or set those, and they vary by country, which is why the total shifts. Gumroad support can break down the exact figure for you if you ask them. It's not in my control.
Straight from the Gumroad FAQ:
Q: Can I choose not to charge VAT on my digital products? Or make it inclusive?
A: No.
Q: What if my customers don't have to pay VAT?
A: If your customers have a VAT ID, they can enter it at checkout or later into their invoice to get a refund.

Thanks for the replies. Indeed it looks like a part VAT and a part Gumroad.
