Surely it won't be long now? Gone are the days when you have to suffer though auditioning bass players that can't even play bass as well as your drummer.
When she reaches out to touch your "hand" to get her cut of the door, you slap that shit away.
Bass players look out, they are coming for you.

Yeah sure, if your desired bass 'playing' is badly programmed 303ery. No sense that any of this is going to deliver a Cronos, let alone a Mick Karn or Pino Palladino.
Nothing here resembles anything but dissembling. Vaguely interesting, but like the video, lots of dragged-out nothing.
Businesses and govt have leaped into AIing their customer service and it is now waaaaay screwier than before. Worse, the (apparently) human operators are so disengaged as a general rule that they sweep every issue off their desk to meet a trivial KPI, even tho doing this totally fails the reason for the season, seeing the issue itself was not solved, but made worse.

There have been some novelty acts having robots play live onstage, but I doubt the audience will support that, then again the current audience don't mind playback from tape, ack.... Anyhow, if you want to play bass, do it, don't worry about the tech bros telling ripping yarns to get money.

We're talking about the bass player, not the lead guitarist.ksandvik wrote: Fri Jul 24, 2026 6:38 am There have been some novelty acts having robots play live onstage, but I doubt the audience will support that, then again the current audience don't mind playback from tape, ack....
