Nobody else in this thread said anything that indicated you werent entitled to an upgrade, no matter how you misinterpreted it.

Hmmm, lets all wonder if that means that Aalto 2 will be a free upgrade from version 1 for someone who purchased their license five months ago.

Surely its not clear if 5 months ago falls under 'within the previous 12 months', so lets get hysterical about that, and anything anyone says which might clearly be more of an authoritative word on the matter than the developer's seemingly inextricably complex and opaque statement above.
