It will only be slow the first time when indexing those.

This works for me, until closing FL Studio. Then, when I open it again with a new or saved project, all the indexed banks disappear and I have to toggle the automount back on and close and open the DAW again to get it to do the slow index again. That is with version 26.0.7.

Then it seams you're not working with the new browser. It seems you are browsing the banks the old way. For that they need to be automounted.

I'm not in the studio but you can toggle between library and browser in the main library window as well as on the sounds panel to the right.
