I am using Reason 12.7.4 and Bitwig 6.0.11. I previously never had an issue.

I just migrated to another computer, but I am using the exactly same macOS version as before. All other VST3 plugins load fine in Bitwig.

When I load Reason Rack Plugin VST3 into Bitwig I get this message:

Any idea what is going on? I tried reinstalling Reason.

Not having this problem but I'm on Reason 14

I never had any issues like this before either. Someone sent a PM about running a "sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine" command for the VST3 file in Terminal but that did not help.
On my old my computer the Reason Rack Plugin shows up as two, Instrument and Effect in Bitwig.
On the new computer which have the same bitwig, macOS version and reason version it shows up
as only one VST3 plugin.

That's odd - again for me it shows as 2. The fact that it's showing with the extension and not the normal VST3 icons suggests it may be corrupted?

try deleting every instance you have of the plugin in case there are dupes, then reinstall again
