Hi all, and welcome to Big Tick Support Forum !
Feel free to use this place to ask questions about our products, or give suggestions on how to make them better. I will definitely read (and usually answer) every post in there.
Finally, I'll have a word for Ben: thanks again for setting this up and being so dedicated at running the k-v-r site.
Have fun,
'Tick

Shmoe,
Watch this place then, because an Angelina Mac version is not so unlikely than it was a few weeks ago. But I won't say more

love hexaline man, Acid leads never sound so good if not passes through that beauty

I don't hate people with Macs, I hate people with Macs that are militant about it.

Hi! I've got a little problem using Rhino 2.04. In Acid Pro, rhino works fine, but when I'm using it in fruityloops, the preset screen and the preset comments screen disappears after a little "browsing". I've got no idea what to do..

Some people have reported better behaviour in FruityLoops when using the Receptor version of Rhino - it can be downloaded from the registered users area.

ok, what's up with Bick Tick? I tried to order Angelina, and haven't received anything other than 3 emails immediately from share-it acknowledging my purchase and the charge going through. I have received nothing from big tick in regards to the order, NOR have I received any reply to emails I sent inquiring.
Is this the norm, or is something not right at Big Tick? I mean considering it's a download, rather than an actual product that must be shipped, delivery should be rather routine and soon after the payment is received and verified as legit and not a stolen card or something, yet I never received the "site code" which is essential for downloading a legitimate copy and fulfilling my purchase. Emails asking what happened have not been acknowledged in any way.
So I guess it's a buyer's beware thing with Big Tick. If you're going to order rom Big Tick, maybe emailing them first to see if you get a reply is a smart thing. I say this, because getting a refund from Share it, takes weeks and is a hassle. It is to foil thieves using stolen credit cards, but I can't help but wonder if it's also a big hassle becuase they hope that people will just say forget it, considering that $53 or 40 euros is not worth the hassle of getting my money back. I know I won't forget LOL

No, it isn't at all the norm. Nowhere in your post do you say how long you've been waiting for response - minutes, hours, days? In any event, in a few years of buying VST and other soft music stuff, I've found Tick to be highly responsive and totally reputable to deal with. I have great confidence you'll hear from him/them soon, it may just be a temporary situation. You might consider starting a separate thread, and just ask if they are available for a response, as it will probably be noticed there rather than on this really old thread.johnmorales wrote:Is this the norm, or is something not right at Big Tick?
