Is there any place that will print out a PDF manual? Kinko's? I have a few plugs that I'd love to have portable study materials for, but don't want to print 80 pages at home...

i printed the max/msp/jitter manuals, like 1000 pages or so for 120bux at kinkos. they bound it up nice too
