In logic 7, the channel eq plugin has a spectrum analyzer. Does someone know an eq vst plugin with built in analyzer?
If there are none yet... maybe this is an idea for the developers?

try the voxengo one - curveEQ

it shows both the input and ouput and you can do all sorts of fancy things with matching spectra from different inputs to the current one

maybe something for the logic developers ?

If you already have an EQ, then Voxengo also has a freebie analyzer only VST plug, SPAN Vst

Did anybody mention GlissEQ yet

- nice big spectrum with many cool params to fine-tune your EQing pleasure. Not to mention the real-time spectrum inter-track overlay, no one else has that. It's a Voxengo thing
