EVE public beta 1.8.20

VSTi for Windows hosts

plugin expires on 09 March 2005

public soundSets for this beta
are:

Fender Bass
Rhodes
Wurlitzer

plus 8 basic waveforms
MS Square
Analog Noise
etc...

(registered EVE users can of course use all their sets)

once installed EVE beta, please run it, click on EVE logo and select
"Bank" menu >>> "1.8" bank, there you have some presets to start.

The installer is 8 MB

and replace the DLL in your previous installation

ok liqih,

as the new filter module is currently set up as a send in the modulator section, it, like the current effects in EVE, only *adds* to the raw sound. ie- you hear a minimoog raw sawtooth mixed with a filtered one, instead of filtering the complete raw sound. didn't check the eq or phaser yet.

It wont load in any of my host FLstudio gives Access violation at address 0301CA89.Read of Address 000000
eXT gives the error Exception at 01E5BA89
And Tracktion ignores it on start up

I use it in tracktion no problems, but I also have the registered version installed.

After I applied the reg path and showe Eve where the data folder is, it now ask for the serial, before I can use it.

It work fine now
Not exaclty a bug, more of anoyans, is that a blank present has voices B-C mapped to channel 2 instead og being on 1...didnt figure straigt out why I got no noise from voices B-C

Couple of suggestion about the GUI
The channel mute buttons are the only button that light up when in fact the are off,
woulden a simple buttons with the labels on and that would light up when on be better?

Also the display for Transpose and Fine tune , would be more readable if the where above the knobs, each display above each row of knobs.

Also a master volume would be nice

yeah, I know, that's to save CPU so far, but will change,

did you tried the 1.8 small bank?

Yeah I tried the bank, tried my most to break the plug, but it seems fine, one thing also that might do with some improving is the tool-tip, so it says about everything, not just some things.
As some thing arent really clear.
Like the mod filter, sometimes there are values under the knobs and sometimes there are thing I can change , like the sync.
