Are there any standalone vst host that can appear in sequencers as midi port?
I know gigastudio can do the job, but it is not a vst host.
Thanks.

MidiYoke, Hubi's loopback, Maple virtual MIDI cable, etc, can be used to tie a host like EnergyXT to another sequencer. If I knew more about what you're trying to do, I could maybe give you a better answer.fruifrui wrote:Are there any standalone vst host that can appear in sequencers as midi port?

Thanks for the answer!
I tried the virtual midi cables mentioned above, but they have strange delay problem, with many notes dropped off. Mostly unusable.
Can any vsti host show directly in sequencers which do NOT support vsti or dxi?
Maybe Garritan Personal Orchestra can do this, but it only its own samples.
