Psicraft Audio Designs are working on an editor for all versions of the Evolver. Here is a preview screenshot.

Admittedly a pretty picture, but doesn't Evolver already come with a fairly extensive editor?

SoundTower has made one and you can do alot with it but it has some bugs that are not being looked into. Lot's of complaints about it. This one looks pretty straight forward.

Oh and the dev says it can also be used as a VSTi
