I often use the built in ones in Logic, or I draw the curve in http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1127.html
But http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1304.html could be usefull too, I haven't had much experience with this one, but from the few testing I dod, I was impressed.

Ohm Force Frohmage is a very nice free filter plugin, and Kjaerhus Classic Auto Filter is good also.

For very simple hi/lo cut filters, check out the GVST plugins.
