Tracktion Project (feed back plz) R&B

ok this is a working progress of a tune im working on in tracktion i just got a new mike & im trying to get a cleaner mix from my music now becouse i dont have any dirt to hide in the vocals.
mix downs were never my stroung point, so any helpfull feedback & tips are verry welcome!

this file is in flash format & it is unmasterd just the mixdown from tracktion with no fx in the master bus!!

why Flash?

The bass is a bit too much old school for my taste.
It also seems quite busy musically. I would drop the bongo/congas every now and then. The rhythm is a bit different with the off beat snare. I like that.
Vocals are not bad, just seems quite repetative.
But it's nice to hear some RnB flava around here. It's quite rare.

Ah, I think I get it. It loops doesn't it Doh, didn't figure that out at first.
I would like to hear the full song. Keep up the good work.

lol, yes it is a working progress. so far it is only 16 bars long (hence why its in flash )
