Wurr Audio Reverb and Tube Booster ST updated. (Bugfix)

Found a major bug in WA-Reverb R1.0 and Tube Booster ST R2.23 today.

Both plug-ins didn't detect the correct samplerate from host!

Please use the latest versions for samplerates greater than 44.1kHz.

Okidoki, Tube Booster is working fine here now at 48k
