I think I may have been overly influenced by three albums worth of Jamiroquai ringtones I made last week.

It's cos I mentioned Jamiroquai isn't it?
Its only a bit like Jamiroquai.. just the bassline really.. it rocks out a couple of times too.. don't be scared!

OK, as you even shouted for comments, here's some:
- Liked the intro.
- Drums too busy and repetitive for my taste.
- Drums and bass are somewhat distracted from chords and melodies. It's getting a bit better after the middle part when the wah guitar comes in, somewhat glues the parts together to a certain extent. I would however use some 16ths in the piano comping part as well.
- Middle part is ok. Perhaps a bit pathetic, but I guess that's what it's meant to be like.
- The melody could be a bit more catchy. Whatever that means...
- Overall sound is fine, maybe the leads (both guitar and synth) could be a tad louder. But I'm no Mr. GoldenEars (let alone platinum ears).
- The lead guitar at the end could bite a bit more and be a bit louder too. Some good lines there, perhaps a bit in-concrete (might have to do with the sound too).

Thanks for the comments.. slightly confused as there's no wah guitar in there..

OK, it's a synth part, somewhat sounding like a wah guitar. Didn't listen closely (preparing dinnner ATM).
