im not a big drinker so 1 point,not a big eater either and have a pretty balnced diet cept the caffeine n smokin weed i suppose :hihi:
but i skateboard a fair bit in summer(not so much in winter it hurts more when you fall :cry: )i cycle about most places as the bus service is shit and it would cost me too much just to visit me mates.
i have an 11 year old son who for the past few years has kept me busy a lot of the time.
my job involves a lot of lifting and carrying
plus i do yoga,and 50 sit ups before bed.
one thing tho i have a shit lung capacity due to asthma and obviously smoking so tend to get breathless a bit quicker than i used to

Interesting subject. I try to stay as fit as possible. I ussually exercise, as in weights, 5 or 6 nights a week. I still smoke and drink like a bastard... but yeh, I'd say I am definetely fit overall.

people refer to me as thin, but I've got my dad's genes - computer aided gut is on course for the next 10 years :hihi:

Same here, but tattooing burns alot of calories, so that's somehow kept me from obesity. I have a $1,200 Olympic freeweight set sitting about 10 feet from me here & it's the best clothing rack I've ever used..

"fit" ~only buy beans and grains, grow the rest, cook my own shit. don't exercise much in the winter tho.. muscles just cinch up for 6 months.

do some push-ups, stare at somethnig far away so my eyes don't go gimpy, stay flexible, maintain an awareness of eg. how little i move when using pc. biggest function of muscle bulk is social cos i do everythnig slow.

Well, I'm another bicyclist, so hopefully, I'll be all excellent and lean by summers end...

...though, I hurt my leg last year and I'm *really* hoping it'll stand up to the 20 miles of biking per day...

It's amazing how quickly that much biking will get you in shape.

Right now, I'm pretty pudgy, (Though I seem to be the only one who thinks so...6'2, 210 lbs), I need to drop about 30 lbs...
