NEW YORK CITY- Modern Day Al Jolson, Beck Hansen has announced a new chiptune only ep remix of some of his newest songs. The comp comes months after a disastrous 8bit malfunction at the Coachella Festival. Toilville Head Ceo, Peter Swimm, had this to say:
"While its great to have mainstream exposure, it will probably come at the expense of our collective dignity, as Mr. Hansen' interest probably grows out of the same nostalgia behind the creation of Mario Bros "Beeotch" shirts at Hot-topic, and the popularity of Knight rider on DVD. In response to his attempt to represent our music, I call on everyone in the chip music scene to remix, rewrite, or revanche any Beck song you want and submit for release on Toilville's Next comp project 'Rock the Plastic like a Man'."
